Our story
Baked under a full moon
The Wild Oven began the way most good things do — with a warm kitchen, a long night, and the smell of something worth waiting for.

We're a small, home-based bakery rooted in the Fraser Valley. What started as baking for family and friends grew — one tray, one market table, one custom cake at a time — into something we're proud to share with our neighbours.
Everything is made by hand in small batches: soft-centred cookies, hearty muffins, deep fudgy brownies, hand-frosted cupcakes, and custom cakes for the moments worth marking. We bake the way we'd want it baked for us — generous, honest, and unhurried.
The name and crest come from the things we love most: the quiet of a late bake, the glow of a full moon, and the old folk-craft of making something with your hands and giving it away warm. The howling wolf over the stone oven is our little reminder to keep it wild, keep it true.
From our kitchen to yours
An honest home kitchen
We believe you should know exactly where your food comes from. The Wild Oven is run out of a home kitchen — not a commercial facility — and we're upfront about what that means.
For now we operate on an inquiry and pre-order basis — no online checkout — while we work with Fraser Health on the right path for selling from home. Thank you for supporting small, local, and handmade.
